Serving Bristol, TN/VA, Washington County, VA and Upper Sullivan County, TN

For the past twenty-four years, Abuse Alternatives Inc. has operated a 24-hour hotline and emergency shelter, information and referral services, transportation, court advocacy and client assistance to residents of Washington County VA, City of Bristol VA, Sullivan County TN, City of Bristol TN and Bluff City TN. The agency serves the domestic violence population of our service area. Abuse Alternatives, Inc. maintains an Outreach Office in Abingdon Virginia to better serve victims in the more rural area of Washington County VA.

We offer volunteer opportunities for groups and individuals. One day or long term volunteering projects available. Training is provided if applicable.
